Hybrid timber-to-concrete structure

It is not a battle between timber and concrete: to build sustainably, these materials often have to meet, and where they meet, something is needed to bring them together.

The massive timber beams of the atrium of the new Gustavs Business Park in Riga, Latvia, are anchored to the concrete columns by our ALUMAXI brackets which could not be missing from the project followed by Nordberg Construction.

Made to support large beams, ALUMAXI made it possible to integrate timber into this strikingly modern building, whose wooden skylight is a distinctive element.
